Our EICR service is available to all
Where we differ, specifically for Estate/Letting agents and landlords, is that we provide an entire service from performing the EICR, remedying minor issues ( to an agreed budget), quoting timeously for remedial works (if any), carry out the remedial works and then carry out a further EICR to give the “satisfactory” rating required. Why is this important? Well with the legislation changing for landlords in July 2020 it is going to become extremely important to have someone you trust to perform these tasks and all within the 28-day timeframe.
